Is there a way to have Windchill (9.1) re-replicate a specific CAD document (version)?
One of our users at a remote site cannot open the latest version of one specific CAD Document (Pro/E part).
The add-to-workspace appears successful.
But when he attempts to open the part in CE Pro, he is informed that it failed, and to see the event manager.
The event manager has a nondescript error that the file could not be downloaded (from the replica server) to the users' cache.
He can add older versions to his workspace, and they work fine.
Users at the mater site and our other remote site are not having any issues with the one CAD Document.
I am assuming that there was a glitch during replication to the one remote site.
How can I tell Windchill that I want this CAD Document replica deleted and re-replicated?
