How to save a custom affected object attribute in a Change Request?

Use Case: How to save a custom affected object attribute in a Change Request?


Description:

"We created some custom attributes for the affected object in the Change Request. We are able to enter values for these attributes while creating the Change Request, but the values are not getting saved. How can we save the values to the attributes?"

  • How did you configure the custom attributes for the affected object in the Change Request? Can you provide details on the steps taken?
  • What specific steps do you follow to enter and save values for these custom attributes during the creation of the Change Request?
  • Are there any error messages or logs that indicate why the values are not being saved?

Can you share screen shots of your Type Manager where you added that attributes and the UI where you enter them? Should be as simple as this:
