I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0
Creo Viewer was not able to open pdf files (3d drawing was ok). Following the error message shown by Creo View, I found one of your pages with instructions telling me to uninstall Arcobar Reader and uninstall and reinstall Creo View.
I did that, but now Creo View does not open. It doesn't even show me an error message. Nothing happens.
Can you help me?
Here are the errors that I faced
I don't have any message. In fact, when I try to open a drawing clicking on the preview (which I correctly see) of the list that windchill shows me, nothing happens. No error, no waiting icon, nothing at all. But Creo View Express is correctly installed.

This is a licensed product so if you do not own it, that link might not work. Creo View MCAD and ECAD are licensed but Creo View Lite is free I believe. If link does not work, try here:

You mentioned that you have Creo View Express installed. Terrible name but not that Creo View Express is not the same as Creo View.

Yes, I forgot "express" but I still have a problem 🙂
Any idea?
Yes, Creo View express is not the same as Creo View. Please make sure you have Creo View installed. What version is it? It should work if you have a Creo View (MCAD or Lite) installed. Creo View Express comes with Creo Parametric but its garbage.
I installed express because is the only one I found on the website.
Where is the download page for "Creo view" (not express)?
I thought it was the same because there was nothing else.
