By default, Windchill uses the system "wcadmin" as the Initiator of tasks that are created in multiple independent workflows such as when you have a separate workflow for each state in your object. Does anyone know how to replace wcadmin with a context role. For example, if the task were initiated by the Design Engineer role and David is the Design Engineer for this context, I would expect to see David show up in the "Initiated By" column.
For reference, see the attached image. It shows that "Kevin Marketing Test" was the person who initiated the first task. But this doesn't cross into other workflows and I'm not sure how to get this working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
