Insert new iteration of an object.

Is there a way to insert a new object in between its revisions via code ?

I used "check out, check in" for this problem.

Even I am doing the same and getting the work done ,but in MS it throws the error that object is non latest and can't be checked out.

Avinash, there is a preference that controls the ability to check out non-latest iterations:

Site > Utilities > Preference Management > Create and Edit > Allow checkout of non-latest iterations

Default is to not allow the check out.

Hi Lori,

Actually that preference is for CAD documents and I was in need for WTDocument and I found that by default it is allowing to do insert operation for Doc.And even I was able to achieve it via code.

Yes. I solved this.
