Hi folks
We have an increasing number of Windows 7 clients - usually the compatibility and batch file hack sort them out, however they've all been64-bit up till now...
A colleague in Norway with 32-bit Windows 7 can start Intralink OK - and Launch Pro/E with No Workspace - however, try Launching Pro/E with a workspace and there's no response. xtop.exe doesn't appear in the task manager, there's no error, nothing.
PTC Tech support can't help at all, so I though I'd turn to PTC/USER.
I've already searched here and found similar threads, tried what was suggested there, but no joy yet. I've asked them to try requesting an update to Windows 7 x64, since we've had more success in the past.
Meantime, if anyone has a suggestion, we'd be glad to hear!
