Thanks to Bill my buddy found the problem. Now they don't have authorization to fix it, but hey, they know where the problem is anyway.

With just a few clicks, I found it. The only "folder " in the vault is marked as read only (has a "+" in the read only column). But nobody in our company has "authorization" to change it.
