Is anyone installed windchill 12 using Oracle 18c Express Edition

Im installing the windchill 12 but im facing a error as "Failed to validate the Oracle Home User Password with the username found in the registry."

I think I read a note in the support matrix about 18C being soon to be deprecated. I would think you might want to move to 19c, right?
