Jasper reports dedicated queues.

Anyone have experience using Jasper report dedicated queues?  I've found this link: https://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/r13.1.1.0/en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center/customization/WCCG_BusLogicCust_ReportGeneration_DedicatedQueueJasperReportScheduling.html

However when I follow the instructions the queues are not created automatically after restarting Windchill.  Not sure if there are other properties that need to be in place?

Did you try creating the queue  yourself? I think the command is just making the association. It could assume that the queue exists. Try that.

Hi.  Yes I did try creating a queue myself.  I don't believe it is working.  But I'm working with a PTC ticket.  The issue may be I need a data monitor via a saved report which I wasn't doing.  I'm still working it.

So the resolution was this:

I needed to create a saved report and then create a data monitor for the report..  When I executed the data monitor for the first time the queue was automatically created.
