Which version/build are you using? Which version and build of Creo/WF are you using?
I can say from experience that you absolutely want to get this solved. These kind of issues can be an incredibly cancer to your PDMLink system. PTC is very familiar with these as well.
1- Which version/build are you using?
2- Which version and build of Creo/WF are you using?
3- Is the data in PDMLink newly created/modeled?
4- Is the data older data that is being imported in?
a. If the data is being imported in, how is this being performed?
i. Manual via the workspace import?
ii. Other custom tools?
