Log in problems with Windchill Intralink 9.1

Hi,

Since a few months we are experiencing intermittent log in problems when connecting to Windchill Intralink 9.1 M060 with the embedded browser of ProE WF4.

After entering the login credentials we get two pop-up screens (both at the same time):"The server is currently unavailable. Do you want to switch to offline mode?" YES NO"The server to which the workspace belongs is now available, Please check for conflicts, ...." OKPressing OK and NO brings us right into Intralink.

No big deal for the end user, but we have some automated processes which interface with our PLM system which can't get past these errors.

Restarting the application server (Windows 2008 R2 x64 on VMWare) helps solve this problem but it keeps coming back sooner and sooner. Currently it returns in just a few days.

Error message in the trailfile:
!%CWSOAP HTTP Error: 500, Internal Server Error
or
!%CWSOAP Client Error (line 1, column 8237): Unknown XML attribute in SOAP element.
And in the bsc.log file:
