I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.0
After installation, we see from Type and attribute manager,
Missing layouts for module Platform structures

NO ERROR. Missing the layouts of Platform structures Types

run the below command followed by a clean start :

windchill wt.load.WindchillLoader -Application=Windchill.PlatformStructures -Unattended -AbortOnError
