In removing Windchill Bulk Migrator 2.2, on a Windchill 10.1 M040 system, the method servers wouldn't start after performing all steps listed in the Uninstall guide and CS218083. Review of the logs indicated additional failures relating to MigrationSourceSite, of which I recognized those values from the descendentRegistry.properties and modelRegistry.properties files. Removal of these values allowed the MethodServers, foreground and background, to start. Maybe add the following steps to the support ticket?
From descendentRegistry.properties, also remove:
fc.WTObject=com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.fc.MigrationSourceSite
From modelRegistry.properties, also remove:
com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.fc=MigrationSourceSite
