Modifying the OOTB Change Notice Workflow

Hi Everyone,
I have made a copy of the OOTB CN Workflow and am modifying it to use custom roles instead of the CA I/II/III roles. I have been able to find the places where CA I and CA III are used but I cannot find all the places where CA II is used. I know it is being used somewhere in the WF because it is listed in the Role Setup tab of an Assignment Activity. Does anyone have a way to find all places where this role is used?

Look in:

- All WF emails

- All WF activities

- All states in the relevant PBO type Lifecycle


Export it. Open zip file and search on resource bundle key equivalent inside XML file.

If you want to replace the CA/I/II/III roles with customer then export Workflow (zip). Open XML file from Zip. Replace CA/I/II/III with custom roles (use internal name of the role ) and re-import zip file.
