Multiple libraries?

Using Pro/Intralink 9.1 & Wildfire 4

There is a config.pro option "pro_library_dir" that lets you point to a Windchill library.

Is it possible to use multiple libraries (e.g. include multiple libraries on the same line separated by a semi colon or comma; e.g. multiple pro_library_dir statements)

We have two libraries that we want users to use. They have different lifecycles and policies, so it was necessary to split them up into two different libraries.

We have multiple libraries for each functional group

Electrical (even mechanically designed parts)

Mechanical

Software

Technical Publishing (Arbortext)

Purchased Standard Parts

That way things are controlled by their functional group. Putting everything in one library is tough. You can always create Products lines and use PartsLink for products and have you top assemblies there, so you can reuse (if you can).
