New Customer Experience Management (QMS ) Create Permission Issue!

Hello, Greetings!

 

I have been trying to access the CEM (Customer Experience Management) action to create NEW CEM Object from the Homepage as well from Quality Context, but still the error message shows " You do not have create permission to this Object" . I have verified the Access Control Rules for all the cem types and the Participant Permission grants (Full Control). Yet it displays the permission issue while I try to create new cem.

Can anyone support me on this?

I'm not familiar with that specifically, but from other Windchill functions, I know sometimes you need specific licensing in order to do some actions. Make sure you have the right license assigned to the user.
