We have a new user who is experiencing a problem that has me puzzled. We're using Creo 2.0 and Windchill 10.1.
When he attempts to create a workspace through creo's embedded browser, the window where he would normally input the workspace name and context comes up blank. The entire window is not blank, just the interior, as shown in the attached file. He can still create workspaces through the Server Management menu pick, with all the permissions and restrictions I expect to see for his account.
While I belive I've covered all the usual suspects that might be the cause of this issue, nothing has changed the outcome. Any suggestions on what to look at for resolution?
