I'm trying to attach attachment (local file) to Nonconformance using REST (OData) API.
In WRS (Windchill REST Service) - Nonconformance Domain there's no REST endpoint to do so.
Please let me know the right approach or API to get the above endpoint for adding an attachment at the time of creation of Nonconformance.

Module name - QMS
Container name - Nonconformance
Object - WCTYPE|com.ptc.qualitymanagement.nc.Nonconformance
NC creation 2nd wizard -> Set attachment -> Attach new local file.
