PDMLink 9.1 Oracle Installation

Hi everyone,

I am using the PSI to create a new Oracle user on an existing database. I am able to connect using the SYSTEM account using sqlplus however when I put the same credentials into the PSI it tells me that it can't connect to the database. Has anyone else had that problem?
