PDMLink Compatibility

Is a PDMLink license file backwards compatible with Intralink 3.4?

We recently purchased an upgrade to PDMLink and I foolishly (maybe) requested a license file. So in place of 24 IL 3.4 seats we have 24 PDMLink seats - but we're not ready to go to PDMLink... but PTC won't downgrade the license file to 3.4.

Hope this makes sense - it's getting late on a Friday.

Terry,

Your license file will not really change since WC products are named user. Did you do the 2 for 1 Pdmlink to Intralink conversion?
