For dashboards I personally like the System Health for a high level look. The Windchill Application Overview is my second favorite.
When I'm tracking down a problem, I usually start with Business Transactions>User Tracking. It allows you to drill down to Pure Paths and see the "Hotspots".
Do you have the UEM? We tested if for about a week and it's a really powerful module. Now we're try to justify the cost. 🙂
