I am trying to help a user, who when switching between Windchill workspaces experiences an "unexpected exit" 🙂 or crash a couple of times a day. It doesn't happen every time, but frequently often enough to be a pain in the butt.
Some details:
* Computer is Dell workstation running Windows 7 64bit
* Pro/ENGINEER is Wildfire 4.0 m170
* Windchill is 9.1 m060
Some of the things we have tried:
* Simple reboot.
* Delete java cache
* Delete IE cache
* Delete and recreate workspace cache.
* Applied the recommend registry settings that have been posted in this group before. (Originated from PTC.)
Has anyone experienced this as well? If so, how did you solve it?
