Pro/E hangs when part is made read-only in Intralink workspace
One of our users reports the following: * He is running WildFire 3 connected to a WorkSpace (Intralink 3.4). * The model in Pro/E is a large assembly (500-1000 parts) * He want to ensure that a specific part does not get modified inadvertently. * He bring the Intralink client forward (WorkSpace) and changes the status of this part to read-only. * Pro/E immediately hangs, but control does come back later. Unfortunately, it is sometimes 1-2 hours later.
Anyone know why this extremely long delay happens or how to avoid it?
