ProEngineer crashed when saving a backup from Windchill

Has anyone encountered a problem with ProEngineer crashing when a user is trying to save a local backup copy of a file from Windchill. I currently have several users experiencing the problem. They can save a local backup copy of a file when they aren't logged into Winchichill but if they check the part out from Windchill and try to save a backup copy ProEngineer crashes, I can't locate any error files to indicate a specific error, the only error code I could find is exception code 1073741918.

Can you clarify a little bit? What commands are they using to perform the backup? (i.e. ProE File>Save As? Embedded browser>workspace>Export?) What version & build of ProE & Windchill?

Also few generic things to check;

- Verify local disk space and temp space are adequate

- Verify local workspace cache size is adequate

- Verify files (top assembly/drawing) is regenerable as a master model (not a simp rep)
