Problem Resolved -- Mouse clicking on scroll bar arrows - up/down does not move row data in tables

Thanks to Jeff S. from Diebold for an awesome solution to this problem. Please see the excellent details below for the solution that worked.


If the scroll bar in PDMLink does not scroll perform the following steps to enable scrolling.



1. Right click on the desktop background and select Properties.

2. Select the Appearance tab then select the Advanced tab.

3. From the Item pull down menu select Scrollbar.

4. Set the Size to a value of 17 and then select the OK button.

5. Select OK to finish.
