We are running product view standard 9.0 M60 and couple of our users
have started to get the following error
Unable to download file: edredfile.jsp
. We have been able to clear it by deleting their windows profile, but
have not determined the root cause. Has anyone else seen this and have
you figured out what is happening?
I have attached the popup screen shot as well.
Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it are greatly appreciated.
