ProductView representation not of latest version

PDMLink 9.1 M010, ProductView Lite, WF3 M200.

We have a strange situation with ProductView. There'sa promotion request that contains several drawings and parts. One of my users (the "Promotion Approver") sees the previous revisions in ProductView, instead of the latest, as shown on the Promotion Request. The ProEngineer drawings come up correctly -they reflect the revision change, but ProductView does not.

Any ideas as to why the ProductView representation would not be generated from the latest ProEngineer data?? I haven't opened a ticket with PTC yet, but have searched the Knowledge Base and the Forum archives and can't find anything. This is the only time this has happened - but we have only been in production with PDMLink 9.1 since early May.

I believe you need the following settings: Go to Site, Utilities, System Configurator, Edit Properties, wvs, and look for *publish*

publish.republishonepmdocumentchange=true will republish the Pro/E object each time the life cycle state changes.
publish.republishondocumentchange=true will do the same for other document types.

David is correct, but be careful setting publish.republishonempdocumentchange=true if you do large assemblies.

This property can DRASTICALLY increase publishing load, especially in regards to Promotion Requests, note that EVERYTHING that shows on screen 3 of a Promotion Request wizard will get republished so you need to pare down your list on Screen 2

I received notice on 4/9/2009 that this has been fixed as of 9.0 M070 and 9.1 M020 though I haven't had a chance to test it just yet.
