Has anyone figured out a way to link project activities between two separate projects?
We have activities in our model projects that are dependent on certain activities in our research and design projects. Currently, the only way to link the two is by way of a sub project. With a sub project, you have to wait until it is complete for the succeeding tasks to start. This adds a tremendous amount of unnecessary wait time.
Any advice or direction you can provide is appreciated.
