ProjectLink Add to Workspace

We are working with another company on a project so I have setup a ProjectLink project for everyone to collaborate.

The gentleman from the other company uses Pro/E, so we set him up to connect to our ProjectLink to his Pro/E session.

Now when he tries to add models to his workspace, he picks the top level assembly and it DOES NOT add all of the models to workspace.

The workspace collection is set to include all dependents, but it does not include any of the models that were released in PDMLink and then shared to the project. I have setup a test user and everything works fine with the test user.

We are using Windchill 9.0, M050 and Wildfire 4.0 M120

Any suggestions why the released models do not show up in the collection?

Thanks
Rich

For ProE/EPM integration, Make sure you chuck sizes are default or not less than 50 according to the ProE Windchill performance doc:

wt.pom.chunk.defaultSize=50
