We have had a chronic issue with ProjectLink routing emails not being received (or you could arguenot being sent). We run WC 9.1 M062 but this issue has been with us since WC8.0. Weuse Active Directory for our in-house users and Windchill DS for external users only.
Has anyone experienced this frustration? Sadly, this issue usually seemstohappen mostly to VP's and at the most inopportune times. The Assignments are being registered on the assignees home page so the assignment is sent but the email is MIA. We do not use custom workflows, most of our Windchill is Out-of-the-Box configuration.
I've logged a case with PTC but wanted to put out here for comment.
