The drawing is correctly shown in SolidWorks as per the drawing. But after publishing, two lines are shown in the Creo view.

If publishing was done on the server side, it uses the as-stored baseline. Often when I see discrepancies like this, its due to some component in an assembly or model that is shown on the drawing being modified locally (has a plus sign in workspace) but is local only. The server cannot see that update which causes the rendering to be different. See if that is the case. If you bring up that drawing to a new clean workspace using as-stored configuration, it should look like what you see in Creo View. If not, I would check configuration settings on the worker to make sure they are the same as the SW clients.
