Regarding Windchill 11 is not getting installed on Windows10

Hello,

I am unable to install windchill on windows 10 OS.

It is giving me the error

 

Failed to validate the Oracle Home User Password with the username found in the registry.
Oracle Home Windows User Password (Required for Oracle 12c only):

 

I have also tried creating one more oracle user. Stil it is not working.

To install windchill11.0 on windows 10, set following java option. 

JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS => "-Dos.name=Windows 7" 

in environment variable => system variable 

 

it worked for me

Hello yup it had also worked for m long time ago I had tried running it from command prompt.

D:\download\MED-60702-CD-110_M030_PSI\Disk1\InstData\Windows\VM>setup.exe -i GUI
by this way I was also able to make it run.
