Rename the folder using Windchill API.

Hello! Give, please. Using Windchill API trying to rename a folder. Here it is: 
fca3db30ba
In carrying out the method setName() is an exception. Description of error: Change "Name" is not resolved, the object is not checkin. What I am wrong?
