I wanted to put this as a "Submit an Idea", but the software would not let me. I'm putting it here instead.
ReqIF is OMG standard for requirement documents. It uses XML to encode the document in a format that is readable by PTC Integrity, IBM Rational Products, No Magic Magic Draw, etc.
If Creo View Lite supports viewing of ReqIF files, then Windchill can be the primary location for configuration management of requirement documents to share between different organizations that share requirement documents and possibly use different requirement management database tools.
