Root Error:[LDAP:error code 1 - Sizelimit Exceeded]

The above error comes while taking a LDAP Backup.

i check the Drive size, there is Enough sapce i.e. near about 64GB Free Space and the LDAP file Size was just 6 MB.

Is anybudy knows what is the root cause of this error.

This 'size' is not the size of the hard disk but it is the size of the LDAP results. if it higher than the sie given in the PTCLdap_LDE.conf file then this error is thrown.

You need to stop the aphlelion service before you take a backup or you will face this issue. if you don't stop the service there is no garentee that the export will be correct.

You can try reproducing this issue by searching '*' in Principal Admin for Users. its the 'resultsize' limit exceeded.
