SQL Server Upgradation from SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2008 r2

Hi All,

Good Day To You...

I'm trying to upgrade MS SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2008 R2.

But, on set up, after selecting "Upgrading " option from list of given options, some properties are missing.

These properties are like Features, Import etc...

And without import option, I can't upgrade 2005 version to 2008 R2.

I'm providing screen shot which shows Features page.

I kindly request you to suggest me solution to overcome this problem.

Note : I've also installed SP3 for MS SQL Server 2005 .
