Using Windchill 10.1 M040 - we copied a user withthe 'Save As NewUser' feature.
We verified that the new user is in the same groups as the original,
The problem is they are:
missing from the User Ressign dropdown and
missing in Set Participants Search Results.
However, the org admin can see them when using the 'Find' button on Reassign.
I'm clueless. I'm only a BA and my tech contacts arebusy - (I suspect they've blocked me.) Please help!
