We do not have anyone in the Change Admin II Role for our Product Context Team.
We would like to Use Setup Participant in the Change Request Process to Select who will be our Change Admin II. When that person (John Smith) receives the Task, and he selects Action/New Change Notice, the wizard opens.. When he selects the Change Notice Sub Type we get a "You do not have Create Permission for this Object"
We can grant Full Control ACL for all users, or pre-place the Users in the Change Admin II... But Issue is we only want the person to have permission to do this when they receive the Activity and thus are fulfilling the Change Admin II Role.
Currently system configure ACL-wise to the defaults with Full Control on Change Notices for Change Admin II Role but only Read, Download, Modify and Modify Content for a Team Member
