Set State not showing

Facing the same problem, but it says hidden by SetStateURLActionDelegate. Can you guide on this issue?

It depends where the function is located. Workspace, Commonspace Folder, Changeobject info page

All motioned locations  are allowed by the SetState delegate.

Provide more information. 

Screenshot, also you can try to set logger  SetStateActionDelegate to a debug mode to investigate a root case.
