SolidWorks communication with Windchill Workgroup Manager

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.2

When launching SolidWorks 2019, it cannot communicate with the Workgroup Manager. I've tried following the instructions on Article - CS310741 but it does not work. I need help in resolving this issue.

Here are the errors that I faced
Unable to connect to Windchill Workgroup Manager, if more than one instance of the authoring application is running, the new one will run disconnected.

Thank you VladimirN for your input.  I tried the methods that this article - CS36129 - is suggesting but my SolidWorks still has this problem and is not connecting to Windchill Workgroup Manager.

Hi Steve

We see that message some times. Usually it's because SolidWorks hasn't closed down properly from the previous session.
If you check Task Manager, you might have 2 or more SolidWorks instances running.
