Syntax Error

i'm in trouble with Windchill. when I try to check in some file, we got an unexpected error as you can see below.

Thanks... but i had my aaccess denied.

You need to be an administrator to access the site > utilities > vault administration.

The error says you don't have a writable folder enabled in the server. You can try checking in a word document from the browser and verify the error. You administrator should make sure that there is atleast a "not read only" , enabled folder available for each site.

yes! i'm accessing as wcadmin.

when i try to access the vault configuration ("Site > Utilities > File Server Administration > Vault Configuration" is it right?) it says i cannot acces this screen.

That's correct. I think it is a java applet permission issue which is preventing you from accessing the vault configuration. Can you delete <user_profile>/.wt/priv9.ser in the client machine and retry ? It should prompt to grant access again
