I have a table where I would like to show an IBA as a column but its not
part of the default template for that object, in my case, WTPART. The
table view configuration screen only shows attributes that are assigned
to that type. My work around was to add the necessary attribute to the
WTPart via the Type administrator. Then, go to the table and edit the
view to include this attribute as a new column. It should appear in the
pick list. Once that view is created and saved, go back to the Type
administrator and remove that attribute from the template for that type.
When you look at that view, it still will call out that attribute in the
columns.
