Over time, we have prepared roughly 500 small, focused training / best practice / guideline documents (mostly Word, PowerPoint, some Excel, some Visio) for our Windchill and Pro/E users specific to our configurations and processes. These documents are currently managed in a Windchill library. Note: We provide links to many on create / edit wizards and in workflow task instructions. In general, these supplement / override PTC's help info.
We now have an approved project to update, organize and streamline these documents, and index them in a custom help system as part of our upgrade to Windchill 10.1 later this year, and have approval to contract this work out as needed (roughly from now thru the end of the year).
Essential: Ability to organize and rapidly work with this type of information / experience with training info, best practices, guidelines
Nice to have: Experience with enterprise software, especially Windchill, experience with RoboHelp
Please contact us if interested or if you know someone. Ideally the person would be local to us in Irvine California, but will consider working remotely. We're thinking this might require anywhere from 10-40 hours / week for at least 10 weeks or so.
