We use ProductView Lite with Intralink 9.1 M060 and some of our users want the model to be available when reviewing a drawing. In the proe2pv.rcp recipe editor if I check "Drawing Models" in the Miscellaneous tab under Parameters this makes a model viewable available along with the drawing which is exactly what they want, unfortunately the thumbnail for the drawing now shows the model instead of the drawing which confuses people.
I got two answers from tech support - One said that displaying a thumbnail of the model instead of the drawing is intended functionality and the other said this occurs because I have the Pro/E worker (WF5 M060) installed on our server (Windows Server 2008) instead of a machine running XP or Vista.
Does anyone create representations that contain both the 3D Model and the Drawing viewables? If so does the thumbnail show the drawing or the model?
