Unable to register Windchill server with error "The server is no supported" from Workgroup Manager Client in Windchill PDMLink

Dear All,

I'm performing installing Windchill Workgroups Manager 10.1 M050 in Client,but it can not connecting to the server (the Server not Supported).

Any suggested about this problems? Thanks for helps.

Deddy,

Is it possible that it is connecting to an old workspace cache? If you delete the cache(s) and restart the WWGM does the error go away?

Typical cache locations:

    • %PTC_WF_ROOT%
    • %PTC_WLD_ROOT%
    • ​%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire
    • %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\PTC\Windchill Workgroup Manager
    • ​%userprofile%\.wwgm
