To all Admins,
This is more of an informational message for all of you.
I have recently upgraded my production Windchill system from 10.0 M020 to 10.1 M020.
What the update guide does NOT tell you anywhere, although PTC tech would disagree, is that the workspaces from 10.0 will not work with 10.1.
The update itself what a total nightmare!!!! I was told by one of Windchill tech guys that some of the issues we faced had not yet been documented.
I was like "That does not surprise me...". 
Never the less, the update was completed after many hours and constant help from tech support.
I just wanted to let others know that due to these issues, the update will take much longer than anticipated.
Good luck to the rest of you braving this update....you will need it.
