Use Data Utility value for search

I have written Data utility on WTDocument for getting PR number where WTPart number is same as WTDocumnet.

I could retrieve the value, but I can't search document using value retrieved.

I have attached source file herewith.

Can any one help me ?

Maybe search by WTParts and add custom DataUtility to WTPart which will reference to WTDocument with the same number?
