User sees no Context for New Workspace

Windchill Intralink 9.1 m060. I need to give an external engineer read only access to our parts, in two different contexts (or products) We want this person to be able to open the parts in WF5.0-creoPro for viewing and such. I created a group, lets call it GlobalEngRead-Only. I created the user and added him to this group. Then I went to the two products, selected Team, and added the GlobalEngRead-Only group as guest.

So this user can log in, but when he wants to create a workspace, there are no contexts available to him, so he can't create a WS. Can a person who only has read-only permissions even create a WS ? How else would I achieve what I am trying to do?

He must also have Download access if you plan on him opening objects in
Creo 5.

May be missing this.

Can a GUEST create a workspace? Thought only members can do that.

Depends on what the Policy is set to in the Policy Administration page.

I've dug around on this a while. Guest is a Role. I've seen where I can edit the description of the guest role. Where are these role privileges assigned?

Be careful. Make sure you've got a good handle on this before making changes.
