Yes you can, but you must configure both PDMLink and Pro/E.
In Pro/E your parameters must be designated to share them out to PDMLink.
Easy to do in the Templates.
Based on PDMLink 9.0 you must create Instance Based Attributes (IBAs) and
add them to the Workgroup Manager CAD Document subtype. If name and type
are the same as in ProE they will automatically "connect".
If different names, you can define Attribute Mapping.

[solutions] - Viewing parameters in PDMLink
This seems like a silly question to me... but how can I view parameters
and their values within PDMLink? Things like: Description, Drawn_by, etc
