WRS 1.7 - Retrieve All WorkItems For All Users

Based on the WRS 1.7 user guide, I'm aware it's possible to retrieve all WorkItems assigned to the user you're authenticating with when calling the endpoint /Workflow/WorkItems:

But say I wanted to get all WorkItems, including those where the assignee is not the user account I'm authenticating with when calling the API endpoint.

Is this currently possible? Or, no?

I am in the same situation, currently I can only see the workitems created by the administrator user
